We're in the midst of a cold snap here in DC. The federal government is shut down today and I've been hauling wood and shoveling.   It's been worth trudging through the snow and ice to see the Potomac River. It's frozen over right now. The first shot is from before the recent snow storm and the following shots are from this morning, Tuesday.
