In this guided meditation you’ll explore a variety of optional  breathing practices which can cultivate deep relaxation and presence.  

From here,  you’ll soften inwardly and  turn your attention to  an anchor.  Toward the  end of the meditation, you’ll be invited to explore open, spacious presence.
