In this 45-minute meditation you’ll be guided into deep, relaxed awareness of sensations and explore the use of an anchor or focal point for your attention.  From time to time you’ll be gently reminded of skillful ways to cultivate non-judging presence.

This meditation provides the first morning instructions for the IMCW 2018 New Year’s Retreat.
