2500 years ago the Buddha observed that one fundamental aspect of reality is that anything born out of causes and conditions is subject to change.
He went on to note that how you relate to what is changing in your life determines how much stress, suffering and unsteadiness you’ll experience in life.
This half-day retreat is dedicated to exploring how you can respond to the transitions in your life with both clarity and an open heart.
You’ll have time to focus inward through mindful movement, guided meditations and reflective writing as well as have time in our community exploring the keys to cultivating steadiness in the midst of change.
