In this daylong retreat, you’ll learn essential breathing techniques that can enhance and deepen your experience in meditation and deep relaxation. These practices can also be valuable tools when you encounter physical pain, emotional turbulence and mental agitation.
In this retreat you’ll learn essential techniques that:
- Energize and stimulate your nervous system
- Cultivate concentration, calm and centeredness
- Dramatically generate inner balance and steadiness
- Assist you in deep relaxation and letting go
This retreat is intensive in nature, but no prior experience in yoga and meditation is required. Please be prepared for a ‘lying down meditation’ with a comfortable mat and blanket.
Come with an open mind, open heart and an intention to explore through direct experience. This retreat will also include time for sharing, questions and discussion.
