Start your new year with a retreat dedicated to meditation, inquiry, and reflection on what most enlivens you in the year ahead.

Whether you are new to spiritual practice or a seasoned practitioner, this retreat will support you in accessing your heart’s wisdom and renewing a sense of your life’s purpose.

You’ll have time for inner exploration through mindful movement, meditation, inquiry, and journaling as well as time to share your discoveries and hear from others in ways that may inspire and inform your sense of what is possible this next year.
 


Come with an open mind, open heart and an intention to explore through direct experience. This retreat will also include time for sharing, questions and discussion.
