I’ve been a fan of James Clear (www.jamesclear.com) for some time now.
For the last few years, following his format, I've done an Annual Report. Keeping in step, I've just done my 'Integrity Report,' an inquiry as to how I'm doing in regard to my core values.
It's below, for your amusement.
As Shunryu Suzuki reportedly said, "The most important thing is to know what the most important thing is," or something like that.
I find great value in pausing and reflecting on what's most important.
